Was the result of the judgment that the court allowed the GM beet seeds to stay unregulated? It is confusing at the end of the judgment because it states that the judge granted the petitioners plea and not the GM defendents, even though it was supportive of the GM defendants plea throughout the statement. Please clarify if there was success or failure on the part of the plaintiffs.
